Hi guys i was scammed by this gamer in tanki online. Here's the story: This gamer got me to pay for his gaming credits in exchange for some other products but in the end he did not deliver the product and i paid about nearly $380 usd worth of gaming credits in his gaming account. I had requested to tanki online for a refund and they don't want to refund. I escalate the issue to paypal and paypal refunded 3 tansactions but other 9 transactions was closed in sellers favor. Any idea how to resolve these issues as i tried to contact payapl customer service and there look like permanently out of office.
