You can open a dispute to start a dialogue with the merchant to undo the payment transaction and deduct the digital goods bought from the gaming account but I doubt when escalated to PayPal claim that the case will go in your favor because items ordered was received and the items are as described. Its not even technically considered unauthorized transaction as access to your PayPal account was available to your child.

Here's how to open a dispute:

  1. Go to the Resolution Center.
  2. Click Report a Problem.
  3. Select the reason for your dispute and click Continue.

What's the difference between a dispute and a claim?

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
