Ongoing dispute wrong item

Hi. I currently have an ongoing dispute with a company from China. I ordered 2 sun loungers over 2 months ago. Finally something arrived today, but it was a small package with just a gold (maybe) ring in it. I want to contact PayPal to add this to my dispute, but can't. Any ideas how I can ? Many thanks

Hi there. Thanks for the reply. I have seen what to do via the link you shared, but I still can't alter or add anything to my claim. There isn't any option to do this. I've tried this on all different platforms of the resolution centre (phone, laptop, ipad). Im really stuck as to what to do. Many thanks

I had exactly the same Gold ring!!!!! instead of two loungers, paypal has just decided against melievee and in favour of the seller cant believe it lost all my faith in paypal now wont be using them again.
