I just made a business Paypal like a week and a half ago and once a payment was sent to me, it was put on hold. I got off the limitations 2 or 3 days ago and my money is still on hold. I put in my Id and all that, so what could be the problem?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
