I seem to be unable to login to my PayPal account as when I try I am being prompted to have a txt message sent to an old phone number. I want to log in to change the number. Also, I no longer live in the UK, where I set up the account, so will need to change those details as well.
To contact PayPal help, I also need to be able to log in.
