Hello,
The buyer opened a dispute.
I attached an official confirmation of delivery to the correct name and address.
There was a document from the Russian Federation State Organization - Russian Post.
The document was stamped and signed.
Tracking information also shows it, and it's available online.
After this, I've received an e-mail that It was not enough, and the case was closed for the favor of buyers.
I left without money, and without a product.
Support team is also surprised.
Why official document from State organization is not enough?
What delivery confirmation I need to give?
I feel that I have been robbed.
Please help!
