I want to buy second hand bags from a person. And she asked me to transfer the money via friends. She provided a tracking number, therefore I transfered 750 Euro in total. But I just realized she provides a fake tracking number(already used). I contacted her but she didn't reply at all. I have all the chat record. Could I get my my back from Paypal?
