Obtaining a vendor address to return items if they won’t respond
Hi, I’ve been informed by PayPal to return my items to the vendor in order to receive my refund. However, the vendor will not and has not responded to my requests throughout this entire ghastly process. How do I obtain a vendor’s address in order to send their defective items back?
The return shipping address can be found on the email that was sent to you or from the Resolution Center associated with you claim. In the even that it still can't be found, please contact Customer Service to get that information.
