I purchased a ring and unfortunately it was of very poor quality and the stone fell out. Having had no luck with the retailer or PayPal I am going to lodge a claim with NSW Fair Trading against the retailer.
My question is how do I obtain a transcript of the correspondence involving the decision on the disputed and claim that was closed in the retailers favour?
I was told I had to lodge a request on the Australian PayPal site and was redirected back to where I started. I then called and was sent an email with a link that didn’t work. I called again to check what needs to be done and they said “Oh no that’s not how it works you need to send a letter to this address requesting it” .
