Hello, at the end of September I paid for a pair of shoes. The girl provided proof of postage, tracking number etc, absolutely everything. However, i never recieved my item. It was sent via Parcelforce, they denied my claim as it was outwith the claims policy dates, however they said i should wait to put in a claim at the start as it was marked as 'lost'. However, i genuinely think they were stolen due to the brand name. As i paid through goods and services is there any possible chance i could be refunded my money without taking it from the girl i paid it to? As it wasn't her fault?
