Oath Holdings is Verizon, yahoo, AOL, etc so if you use any services from them...

Thank you Sharpiemarker! It turned out to be a yahoo mail Pro subscription. I cancelled anyway. $34.99 a year. I’m keeping the regular yahoo mail.
