I have been denied refund for a payment of $34.99 to something called Oath Holdings. I looked it up and it is something about Yahoo. I have seen this name mentioned before within this venue but can't find it. Paypal said I authorized payment and will cancel further payments. How can I find out what this is?
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
