OPEN CASE GIVES ME TROUBLE

I have an open case about a product that was not as description said. I sent it back after I opened the case, and i m trying to submit the proof I sent it back(the pic of the product track) since 10 days ago. The seller got the product back one week ago(she clearly told me). When I try to submit the pic, paypal website tells me (something went wrong on our end). I tried to contact them with an email, but no response still. If I call the service, it s just a registered voice and there is no option for my problem. I actually need to ask a real person, but m not able to. So now I ask you guys to help me. How can I submit the track pic to the website proving I sent back the product?

If you escalated to a claim then there should be an option in the resolution centre to add the tracking number.
Advice is voluntary.
