Number to call paypal? /Perma suspended account!

Hello,

My account got perma limited,without any explanation,or strike/heads up...

Where can I call paypal,I cant do it via my paypal account (I get covid bs message).

Im from europe.

Any help is great,also did anyone ever got perma limited account restored?

I dont have any options to send my id or additional infos,looks like perma ban.

P.S. Using paypal on daily basis for 7+ years,what a joke.
