I bought a jumper via Facebook. When it arrived it was nothing like the photo advertised. After reporting this to the seller I was advised to return fir a refund I sent it back to China costing over £15 It has taken over 3 weeks as this was held at customs I now see it has been delivered to the seller 7th November 2020. After sending emails to ask for my refund I now get postmasterfailed My emails at no longer being received by the seller I’m waiting for my refund £29.98 plus postage £15 Pay pal keep changing the date fir a resolution. Now the 12th November Honestly I’m sick of this keep checking at least 3 times a day Pay Pal send me my refund please!! 🙏🏻

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
