Not sure what to do

PayPal have asked me to send back an item to known scammers which will cost almost as much as said item but I have two addresses and have asked PayPal which one and costs of sending back. They have escalated it to the specialist team but have not heard back and the deadline to send back is in two days? Is there anything I should be doing?
