Not receiving refund after shipping back item.

Basically I bought a crewneck which was defective off of the website Grailed which promises that Paypal ensures the customers so Paypal told me to ship the hoodie to a certain address which is what I did which cost me 20$ but then they emailed me telling me that the case is closed and I will not receive a refund days after I provided and submitted a tracking number.
