I’ve made a purchase on eBay, when buying it when through as a e cheque. I messaged the seller to cancel the order, but it still ended coming out of my bank the money. Do you know when I’ll get the money back? I got a email saying the e cheque had cleared, so doesn’t that mean the seller has my money now? I can’t open a dispute because the seller canceled the order and I had to accept it on the resolution centre. Can someone help as I’m so confused, and would like my money back
