Hey everyone, I made an agreement over Facebook to purchase 2 tickets for an upcoming concert on Saturday. All seemed well and good and the deal was planned out, so I sent money via PayPal and have still not received the tickets. I originally contacted them and asked for a refund and they said they would and now I have tried to re-contact them, but my messages are coming up as non received and I’m left without tickets and my money. Can anyone help? Thankyou!
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your seller. If you haven't received what you paid for, you can always file a dispute against the transaction so that PayPal can investigate. I hope the issue is resolved soon!
