PayPal must be the most useless inefficient non helping site next to eBay. I baught an item and the seller agreed to send via DHL and I paid for it as well, then the seller sent it via normal post and the item is now lost. Every time I contacted the seller he just told me to wait and wait,said it will arrive..... Until it was too late.... Now PayPal is just shrugging its shoulders and say I am out of time.... WHAT THE HELL NOW?? Next transaction will be through my credit card.... They give more backup.
