Not received my order and then told I didn't order anything

I ordered merchandise said it was sent FedEx but FedEx says that tracking number doesn't match my name or address now PayPal says I never ordered anything

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

I am sorry to hear about this. If the transaction is showing on your PayPal Account Activity, then you should be able to file a case for an Item Not Received if you've not received what you ordered. Then, the seller will need to provide proof that the item was delivered to you. Here is more information:

I am sorry I didn't update I have a guest purchase that's why it wasn't showing up but I still have not received my merchandise but the seller has until July 5 to respond

Hi Kim213,

Since you have purchased as guest, you need to contact us via call, email or social media like Facebook or Twitter with the respective transaction ID or receipt ID to file a dispute on your behalf.
