Not happy with my PayPal Dispute result

Ordered a coat from China November 2018. Realised straight away I clicked on ‘small’ instead of xxl. Contacted seller immediately and they said would change to xxl. Only received item recently and it’s a small. Sent numerous emails asking where my item was. They kept apologising saying they would send when they can. Anyway PayPal just made their decision that I return the item and when the seller receives it they will reimburse me. The coat cost over au$100. Ok I can send it back but it’s a very heavy coat. So I’m up for the postage with tracking. Why should I have to pay when clearly it was their fault? Thanks
