I purchased an item that cost me £7.95 but ive had to cancel Due to a family member in hospital the seller said they can refund me but because paypal take a fee. They can only refund £7.41 baring in mind the item is still with them and has not been dispatched to me. Is this right? Or should i be given and am i fully intitled to ny full refund especially when the item is still with the seller?
