I seem to be having a really hard time having customer service answer me? I purchased clothes from a scam site that's not even open anymore? Sent me $1 shirts w fake iron on's? I keep sending proof, screenshots...all the information needed and they won't look at them? I really feel helpless at this time?
If you filed "item substantially not as described" dispute, then escalate to claim. You should have provided a estimated resolution date, and chance to upload evidence. If PP denied your claim, they at least should have provided a reason. You can appeal by contacting customer service, chat in message center seems the only way now. Get past chat bot to a live agent, then explain the situation.
