Okay so i ordered a product last month and it said it would be here in a week. Well it has been a month and i still have not got my product and they went through paypal i haf to just crate one because they dont give you a way to contact them they just say the use paypal how would i go about it and get my product or even just get my money back its bot letting do in on the refund thing on here cux i didnt go through paypal to by it i used a card please please please help me
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can....... 1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
