Hi
I have had an email from with a receipt for a payment to for £46.99 to a company which I have not heard of. I have no idea who these people are and this amount has not gone through my PayPal account yet. I am confused.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
