So last year I received a notification from my Paypal account saying that I could no longer use my account because I was under the age 18. I was told when I was 18 I would be able to gain access to my account again if I contact Paypal. I turned 18 this year and I would like to have full access to my account again. I tried emailing costumer service and calling Paypal but no help, just automated messages about account limitations that don't apply to me or getting hung up on. This account is very essential to me because of the fact that I have an online business. Please help! Thank you!!!!
