"i sent all informations and now its stucked i cant add more."

Me too. And PayPal rejected my complaint, referring to this "deficiency". On the "Email us" I asked, what "more information" they need, and reported them, that their decision based on a false statement, but I got only automatic responses irrelevant to the subject.

To where can I write to reach a human operator? Phone is not an option, I have hearing inpairment.

Hi Cristina,

thanks for the advice. I tried the Facebook, but there were only robots, too. One of them promised to forward my message,
but since then there is no answer. You can't report the possible software bug to prevent a bigger scandal?

Hi @t_rado,

I'm sorry that a specialist hasn't taken up the conversation yet. That may take a little time while they work to assist everyone who contacts. They'll be able to take your information for a report that is specific to your account. Thank you for your patience.

Olivia
