Due to a bad shopping experience, I try to register a case in the resolution center, regarding this transaction.
I fill out all required fields, explain the case and upload pictures. But when I press submit, the login for Paypal shows up again, even though I`m already logged in. I enter my password, hit "ok", then I get my paypal desktop. But in resolution center there`s no history of my claim, no cases in history.
I`ve tried several times no, with both Chrome and Firefos, same issue.
I also tried a feedback to Paypal, but no response from the either.
I start to think, paypal transactions aren`t that safe as they claim them to be, I for sure get no help when things go wrong here...
