Hi there, I tried to log in to my PayPal account, and it said, "sorry, we can confirm its you!" Can you tell me how to restore back my account. Is there a subscription I have to pay to continue using my account? I recieved an email that I didnt care about a while back saying that my PayPal account is suspended because the subscription has been ended. Also, I tried to type my card number in an invoice sent to me by the seller, I could log in to my account from there but it said that the cars number is used by another account. How can I remove that cars number from any other account? Thank you!
