Not Finding Option To Confirm My Payment In Resolution Center

Yesterday I received a payment from Popads, which was sent directly to my PayPal account. Regarding this, I have also received Paypal's email. That says:
"Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide the missing information by 9 October 2020, or the funds will be returned to the sender."
But when I went to the Resolution Center, there was nothing related to confirming the payment. You can see in the given picture. Would you please find out what's the problem? This is a humble request, pls help...
