Norton Lifelock Recurring Charges/Renewal HELP

I have never had an account with Norton Lifelock. I have free credit monitoring thru my bank. Yesterday a "recurring/renewal charge for $133.00 hit my account. If this is an actual recurring/renewal charge, I would find it in my transaction history. I disputed the charge because I do not nor have I ever had an account with this company and Paypal, said it was a valid charge but will provide no proof that I have an account with this company. Has anyone else had this happen?

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
