I tried linking my bank account both instantly and manually multiple times on different days but I still get this error. "Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction." I need to get my bank account linked first before I can submit the bank statement that is requested from me for the lifting of the limitations on my PayPal account. My bank is Northwest Bank.
