Non receipt of goods

Hi, I ordered goods and paid via PayPal (unknowingly via friends and family as that is set as default). After over 5 weeks of little communication, I tried to claim payment back via PayPal at the weekend, but the only option given to me was to state it was an unauthorized transaction, which I suppose technically it was, this was declined. The vendor has now blocked me on all channels so I'm unable to correspond with them in any way. Any advice gratefully received
