Non delivery of item

Pay pal deny claim due to company providing a tracking number. I have never received goods and out of pocket by £30 I use pay pal for the security of knowing they will help. The company is scamming money out of people how do I fight that I have emails asking for proof or money back by the company. Why do pay pal not ask for proof of delivery.

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your item. The dispute process will ask for tracking from the seller, and typically closes the case based on that tracking if it appears to be valid. If the tracking is invalid, please appeal the case in the Resolution Center to allow a representative to take a closer look.
