A buyer has put in a claim and straight to a dispute within minutes for an item they claim wasn't delivered.
It was from UK to Spain but the buyer has sent no messages before and has waited 80 days to file a dispute.
Is there no time limit on claims?

Yes, the buyer has up to 180 days to file a dispute for non receipt of item, this is the same time as most credit card companies offer.

Thanks, seems like a long time to realise you did'nt receive an item and not even ask the seller first.

Yep seems odd doesn't it. I suppose it depends on what type of item it was and if they ordered more than one of the same item for eg?
Hope you kept tracking info?
