No win situation with a merchant on returning bad product.

We know that you just want to receive the wig you want, and we're so sorry that we failed to do that.
Could you please try it once, keep it as an alternative wig. Or you can give to someone as a gift.
We really hope that you can give us a chance to make this thing up for you.

The wig in the picture looks fine to us, and we're so sorry to tell you that we can't see any quality issue from the pictures.
You ordered a chin length wig, not a shoulder length
We made the wig as requested
