A year ago PayPal retained my salary and requested address proof to return it, despite I was in a different country with COVID-19 restrictions, PayPal refused to return the money. And my family made a lot from my country to give the proof address. Now again PayPal tried to retain the money (managed to refund it) and there is no way to contact them. When I click on Resolution Center it throws me to the Activity page, so I dont know how to solve this problem.
Any help to contact PayPal support?, they are hidden.
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
