No tracking #

I had a dispute with a seller.  The resolution center ruled in my favor for a full refund.  The message says I need to return the item and upload a tracking number.  I never received the item because it was broken when I went to pick it up consequently I can’t send it back or get a tracking #.  I tried using “HELP” which wasn’t helpful.  I appreciate any guidance on how to proceed. Thank you.
