I opened a case with a seller on paypal as they did not send the items i paid for, Paypal stated that if the seller doesn't reply to the case the money will will go back to the buyer. However, the time for the seller to respond expired and Paypal have not done anything about this case?
I have already escalated the dispute but activity on the case is just not moving at all.
