No response for account limitations

4 business days ago, my account was limited. It said I’d have a response within 2 business days. I’m very disappointed in PayPal, as now my account is basically useless. I’ve already contacted customer service, which said they’d have an email response “within 24 hours” . As I’m typing this, it’s been 24 hours and a few seconds. I’ve done everything asked and it even says “submitted for review”. It’s honestly very disappointing that such an important website with so many people who rely on it wouldn’t respond at ALL to important cases like this. I’m shaking my head as I type this. I’ve been set back almost a week because of this issue. I don’t know what to do anymore, so I’m just trying this. If anyone has had a similar experience and eventually got a response, please reply letting me know how long it takes, so I can prepare myself.
