Hi I have limited access to my account so I can't make or receive any payment this is frustrating already because I already provide all the information that Paypal asks. Their FAQ does not help at all and when I reply to their email, I do not receive any reply back. I have been sending them emails and try to contact them from facebook etc yet zero help from the customer service. this is really frustrating and disappointing. I do not know what else to do, and I really need to regain access to my account. Can someone help ????? its been going for a month. Honestly, if I had other payment options I would not use paypal since their customer service is really one of the worst i ever experience. if you have suggestions on how to reach them please let me know.
