No refund option

How can I go about an account which has been limited and there is no refund option? Because I want to refund the funds to the send. Thank you

You can contact customer services and ask them to issue a refund OR your buyer can open a dispute for non receipt of item which you can not challenge so that they get a refund.

I've contacted customer services and filed a dispute for items received that definitely were NOT what was described when i ordered them. Seller wants me to send back to CHINA but items were mailed from USA location? If I return to CHINA - the cost for mailing would be more then the item costs! I want a REFUND of both these Items immediately!!!! Total to be refunded: $63.96 - Or i will contact my attorney!
