No photo ID for lift limitations.

Hello all.

paypal have placed limitations on my account and I have to provide Photo ID.

This is where the problem is, I have no photo ID. I have utility bills, bank statements and everything else but no photo ID.

This must have happened before. Is there any other way to lift restrictions?

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
