A person purchased a cellphone from me and payed me through paypal I then received and email from them stating that I should send them the waybill and they will do the payment to my Capitec bank account once done that a few days later received an email that I should pay a service fee of R1700 through a money market once done that still no payment from PayPal they are asking for another money market payment of R1999 mentioning that is for reactivation of my account and all this will be refunded can I trust them and do this payment ?? Please assist
