Someone used my credit card to open a PayPal account. This person was a female who definitely didn't match the name on the card.i followed all things told to me to do . The result was after days there is still a pending charge on my account . PayPal allowed someone to open an account with my card. When I'd waited for days I contacted customer support and was treated like an animal. I begged for help and the first person told me to retrieve an email with certain info on it and they would help. I retrieved said email and had to beg for over an hour before I was disconnected on purpose. I have in your face proof and they refused to help me.
