I have never made a single transaction, nor has there been an open or closed case ever recorded on my account. Yet I am not able to use this account or remove my card information? What is this? And I can't even contact a representative about this without going through 100 channels. This is horrid customer service. I dont see how this company stands on two feet. Terrible experience
