Hey,so my account was permanently limited,for this reason I'm not sending any items to the buyer(guitar and amplifier).
However,there is no refund money option on my transactions.The buyer thinks I'm scamming him,and he has a reason to do so.He says his disputes were denied by paypal.So,is there anything I can do?Thank you.
