I ordered several things from Dujo International and paid the extra shipping charges to have them in 3-5 days. That time period came and went so I emailed them - every day. They never once answered. I opened a dispute with PayPal for a refund. The company said they sent me the items and PayPal closed my dispute. I tried to reopen the case and PayPal won't let me. Is there a way to get PayPal's attention and maybe speak to a real person?
