I ordered a product on September 17 and never received it. I contacted the seller several times. They kept telling me its ready to ship and a tracking number will be generated. After a month of several contacts with them I finally filed a dispute with Paypal. Now Paypal has replied saying they have reviewed my case and have rejected it. I have never even received a tracking number and I requested paypal to prove to me a tracking number and they will not. I'm outraged and it drive me nuts that you cannot talk to a human at PayPal. What can I do. I'm out the money and paypal does nothing. I have zero trust in them and will not use it again. I thought this is what paypal was all about, protection.
